Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Each first-time purchase of a product from Hani Beautyworks is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the date of purchase. Customers who report issues after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers who are dissatisfied with a Hani Beautyworks product can return it to us (shipping costs not covered), and Hani Beautyworks will refund 50% of the purchase amount, excluding shipping charges.

For repeat customers, there is a 7-day product guarantee for damaged (company error), expired, or incorrect products starting from the date the product reaches the customer. The company will cover 50% of the product/package price and the cost of returning the product. A replacement product will be sent to the customer as soon as possible. Customers who report issues after 7 days from the receipt date will not be eligible for a new product exchange.

The company is not responsible for damage to products during transit caused by shipping management. However, customers can report the issue, and we will forward it to the shipping management team.

Only customers who purchase from HQ or registered agents of Hani Beautyworks will receive the company’s full guarantee.

Customers must include proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) along with purchase details such as date, name, address, product, purchase amount, purchase date, and Agent ID (if applicable) for the return process.

Customers must first contact our Customer Service Officer at [email protected] or +601159530116 (Erra, 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday) before returning the product and include a copy of the return report in the product package during shipping.

If customers do not report the issue with our Customer Service Officer first and send the product directly to us, the company is not responsible for the risk of losing your product, and no refund will be issued.

Customers who choose to return the product will receive their refund within 30 business days. Refund details will be communicated via email.
